What data do we collect?

Only what you provide. If you use the enquiry form we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry type and project description you enter. If you contact us by email or phone we receive whatever you include in that message.

This site sets no cookies, performs no visitor tracking, and has no analytics installed. We do not build a browsing history or behavioural profile of you.

How is it used?

Solely to respond to your enquiry, assess project feasibility, and communicate during an engagement. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Is it shared with third parties?

We do not sell or rent personal data. The exceptions are:

• Form service provider: enquiry form submissions pass through a third-party form service that forwards them to our email, acting only as a transmission channel.
• Legal requirement: disclosure where required by law or by formal request from a judicial or regulatory authority.

Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to that service on load, which may record an IP address. No other external resources are loaded.

How long is it kept?

Enquiry records remain in our email system for as long as the business relationship requires. If you ask us to delete them, we will do so after verifying your identity.

Security

The entire site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable safeguards to data we receive, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure — please do not send highly sensitive material through the enquiry form.

Your rights

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may request access to the personal data we hold about you and ask for corrections. Use the contact details below to exercise these rights.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change as our services or technology change. Revised versions appear on this page with an updated date. If we add analytics or other tracking technology, we will update this policy first.
